I make it a practice to block any account after moving to text. That way any hard feelings doesn't get you easily reported for BS.

They did restore my account so glad that happened. I just wish they told me what it was that caused it as I'm still not sure what it was I did (if anything).

Well in under 30 minutes I got a response. They said I need to review the terms of service and agree to abide by them going forward and then they'll give me one more chance. They didn't specifically say what it was that caused this, but I asked in my reply if they could tell me. My access hasn't been restored yet, but looks like it should.
