I've been in the game since the early 90's. I hate to think how much I've spent. But I've had a lot of fun and met some truly amazing women over the years. I've hobbied in other parts of the world too. Sometimes I wonder how long I'll keep going. The local scene has changed significantly over the past 15 years and probably not for the better. I keep hoping for a return to the golden age. Oh and I never ever tip. Treating people with respect and being a return customer is what its all about in my view.

I'm still digging our current times too but I run across threads about the good ol' golden years reminiscing, mostly OC / LA boards and yea, overseas is pretty tough to beat here. I can't imagine it being pulled off here. My time in China was crazy insane and I think my annual spend would have to jump into the high 6 figures just to get anywhere close in the states what you get there for almost nothing and in some cases free (sort of. Because the corporations want your biz there. So they wine & dine you. Love those karaoke bars and the 3 to 5 girl harem that joins you in the provided penthouse all night long. And the breakfast feast! Even then. Still would be tough to pull off here with the way they pamper you there like you're royalty.

If I added it all up I'd probably freak out. But I did look back at the prices I was paying in the early 2000's here in the states and I'm paying exactly the same and in some cases less now in 2020. Thought that was interesting.

Decades of do's and don'ts on tipping, all these rules, AMPs should or shouldn't get this and aamps should or shouldn't get that, etc. I'll make it even simpler.

I just tip because I want to.

Tips are generally a Western thing. In Japan and Korea, tipping is definitely not required unless they're trying to swindle you for being American. These cultures value regular customers more than tips. This applies to restaurants, auto mechanics, and other businesses as well.

And speaking of SDAG. Has anyone done the work verification method of screening? How did that go? How deep did they dig when they called your office? LOL.

That's true in other countries, especially in Japan where it is an insult if you tip. But try not tipping at a Japanese or Korean sit-down restaurant in the US and that won't fly.

Didn't realize a can of works the tipping subject was, and didn't realize a lot of people didn't tip. I don't think it's a big deal. It's not like I'm tipping $100. I figured, for the 10 years I've using SDAG, they haven't changed their prices as far as I remember. I'm sure the girls would appreciate the extra cash but if they are fine not getting tip, that's cool too.

RChangDatyKing. I've got you by a few years. Been a hobbyist for over 30 years and def remember the Body Shop days and the multitude of MPs all around San Diego. Overall I don't tip for service. These girls are doing well without tips even if the HF is 50%. Having chatted with more than one lady at the agencies, it seems that on a busy day they will see 5-7 guys. Slow days are 3-5. When I have tipped, the lady was confused and offered to return the tip thinking I had overpaid. This has happened more than once so I'm thinking the girls aren't looking for the tip. They want regulars. I'm a firm believer in treating the lady with respect and if we click, seeing her on a regular basis. Because of that, I probably get more services than new guys. Truth is, the more comfortable she feels, the better the session. It does not depend on tips.

As to why SD does not see a variety of ladies? Simple. Based on my convos with the ladies that circulate between OC, LA, SF and SD. The prime factor is where they can make the most money. Each city has a different population base of hobbyists and each city has different levels for the HF (house fee). I most certainly would support the SD agencies "rotating" ladies to San Diego for short visits.

In my hobbying, I also see non-agency ladies (independents). Indies are more prone to "tour" and travel from city to city. There are distinct areas in LA that do well for them. They will only come to SD when they want a tan or some good Mexican food. The hobby base in SD is not as large as LA / OC / SF. Still, tips are something I did 20-30 years ago. Not today.

I saw Bunny back in April. By then, she had already been in San Diego well over a month at that point. So she stayed in one place (over 6 months) pretty damn long if she she is just leaving now. That is saying a lot as opposed to the girls at this agency who can't hang for the two weeks (or whatever time period) that they agree to. So respect to Bunny for sticking out as long as she did.

Yep. Agree, we were fortunate. She stayed in SD in a straight shot longer than most. She said she liked working here because it wasn't as busy as OC and LA. You probably noticed the way they advertised her "Only a few days" . Guess she preferred it that way. I still hear on the OC and LA k-girl board about them pining for her to come back up there.

Anyways, she told me a couple months ago she was tired and wanted a vacation, but turned out she left the agency and moved out. She texted me yesterday and sounds like all's good and she's off to her next chapter.

I know the AMP girls get half of the HF. Even if these AAMP girls get $100 per client (if not half $130) they are getting anywhere from $500-$1,000 per day. Hell, I don't even take home $1,000 per day.

Have I tipped for good service, of course! SDAG Exe Rate is $320. Most of the times I gave $350 if I don't have the exact amount. When I give $340, they always want to give me back that extra $20. The girls say, "come see me again. " They would rather have me repeat instead of giving that $20-$30 tip. The most important thing for these girls is how you treat them. Expect their boundaries and don't demand for / ask for services that she's not willing to perform because you read it in a review that she offered it to another dude. Always go to the appointment clean and smelling fresh. Just because you will be taking a shower with the girls before the main event, doesn't mean you should be smelling like you've been driving in a car with the windows up and no AC for an hour. If you have good hygiene and treat them with respect, they will appreciate having you there spending time with them.

And, if you offer to give them a 5 -10 minutes massage before or after your session and the girls accept the massage that will be a big bonus for you. I usually offer it before or after my first pop, the girls just go nuts. Now their mission is to ensure I leave happier because I took care of them for that 10 minutes. Imagine if you were the last customer and it's 9:30 pm. Well, the girl may have seen 5 other dudes and is tired. A 5-10 minutes massage for her goes a long way.

Girls will tell you they don't come to San Diego because guys down here are assholes or don't tip well. That sounds a whole lot better than, "we don't see enough guys here in San Diego. ".

A lot of the agency girls don't want to be in San Diego because they don't get the high volume they would from a more accessible city like LA. They'll rotate because mongers get tired of seeing the same girl repeatedly or they're sent involuntarily down to San Diego because they perform poorly elsewhere.

I've been a monger for nearly 8 years, I've received exceptional service from girls who are capable of it. I very rarely tip, instead they get repeat business because it makes no difference if I tip once and never come back. In my many years, I have yet to see someone demand a tip or be disappointed when they don't receive one.

I used to tip but then some of the girls acted so surprised that I was tipping that I figured I must be the only one doing it so then I stopped. I would prefer just to tip if I get good service deserving of it, but that can be awkward especially if they ask for the money upfront.

I usually book 2 hour sessions and am satisfied by the 1. 5 hr mark, so I considered that pretty generous.

With that said I'd jump back in the moment I saw Ash or Haruko (a Japanese gyaru / cabaret girl they had a while back) again. Those were the best times I've had with this agency.

This industry more than any other industry survives on tipping. These girls are much higher quality than what you get at a spa. You cannot compare pine Spa and the service to what you get with SDAG. They are a top-notch company that has incredible talent. When you get to know these girls and also the Bookers, a little bit of generosity in tipping can go a long way. You can become friends with some of the girls and get much better service with the good reputation rather than just being another standard client. I have been a loyal client for 6 years and am happy to have SDAG in our city.

Take care of the girls and they will take care of you.
