I've never had an issue with rates. They can charge whatever they want, but I know what I will pay and won't go above my limit. That being said, there I never felt that I "had" to get with a hooker. While I'm sure providers would love to get $500 hr the vast majority know they won't get many (or any) takers at that price. Most providers understand they can attract more potential customers with prices in about the $160-300 hr range. Sure, as I said before, while there might be a few spendthrift hobbyists willing to pay $400-500 hr hopefully they're so few most providers won't expect such prices.
