If the handler asks you, its because they want to know. I would say if you had a bad experience, let the handler know as politely as possible. They're running a business, they need to know which girls are doing their jobs and which ones aren't. They'll tell the girl, the girl will tell them their side of the story. Even if they believe the girl, if she has a bad attitude, it will come back to bite her. If the girl is a bad provider, enough clients will complain and the truth will come out.
