Klove, thanks for sharing. I agree, a big part of the excitement for me is in the thrill of not knowing whos' out there and picking up girls "on the spot". As you mention, I enjoy that part of the rush and adrenaline. I also have not been pulled over by LE, and can't say that I've had any real "close calls" yet. Knock on wood.

When you say you got a warning, what was the warning for? Does that go on "record"?

This a question out to everyone on this form, has anyone here actually been busted for picking up SWs? I see that we often discuss and share close calls or maybe warnings of what to watch out for, but I don't think I've read or heard of anyone on this forum who actually got busted? I know just because it's not directly posted on here that it doesn't happen, but was curious to learn a little bit from someone who's had that type of experience before. If anyone has had any experiences like that, especially recently, please share! If you don't want to post here publicly please pm me. I'd be very interested in hearing the situation and circumstances.

I got cracked once. Was at a public boat ramp after dark. Dock was closed from dusk to dawn. Cop came up on us just as we were dressing. Drove up on us slow, giving us a little time.
