The GR was my first club of consequence. Hung out with a dancer there and she taught me the ropes as to how dancers act and how to get in with them for free. Those lessons have nearly always worked. I've never forgotten the gold rush even though I've moved on.

Haven't been here in a while and though I would get updated. Apparently a few of you are in need of updates worse than me. Let me help some of you out.

Onyx has been closed for a while probably years and will probably not reopen.

Follies is closed due to liquor license issues and it's unlikely they will reopen. The fans of Follies have overloaded other clubs.

Recently went to ATL and check out the scene here. Beautiful Black and Latin girls here about 3 white girls on Friday / Sat night. Table dances for about 20 - most of the girls doing "private' dances in VIP starting at $140 got CBJ and CS with two Latins and one black dancer spent a little under 400 for 3 not bad. This was about 3 weeks ago -club seemed a bit rough but blend in and you should be fine.

Drove past Club Onyx, or what used to be Club Onyx, on Cheshire Bridge today. There was some scaffolding out front and it looked like they're either repainting or are replacing the facade on the front of the building. There weren't any workers present or I would've pulled in for the 411. Anyone here have any intel?

Saw they had a shootout in the parking lot last night hope nobody was there these fools always doing this at strip clubs they had one at cheetah just the other week smh.

I was married to a stripper, she was already a stripper, yeah I should have known better but that's past. So what I can tell you based off of spending a lot of time with strippers outside the club (ex wife friends with half the damn club) is that most are not ambitious. They only want to make enough to live. For most 1 k a week pays the rent, buys alcohol and drugs and buys clothes etc. Most of these girls to stay on the roster have to be on the schedule to work 4 days a week for full time girls. Shifts average 7 hours so if they come in the first day of their workweek and they hustle 500 the first night, then they don't have to work much the other 3 nights to make the other 500. This is why many will come in and sit and the bar and drink getting others to pay for them of course. If they don't show for a shift they get fined by the house, and that can get expensive so they just come and drink. If you expect them to get off their ass and do something you often have to be willing to drop large amounts of cash in a short time space. Most strippers aren't thinking about next week, or a career, or what will I do when I can't strip anymore? They are only concerned with hitting this weeks goal.
