Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra, and Tadafil is the active ingredient in Cialis. There are plenty of generic options, and they are legal to order online, but neither are yet available over the counter, so if the company you buy them from does not require a prescription, there is something at least somewhat shady going on. Some claim to have a panel of in-house doctors who will analyze your case, but if you don't have an actual virtual consultation with someone who issues you a legitimate prescription, there is likely some form of drug trafficking going on. It's not the kind of thing that the DEA is setting up stings to crack down on, but if Customs intercepts a package containing a bunch of sample packs of generic Viagra that isn't addressed to a doctor's office, they're not going to let it through.

I'm pretty sure the reason guys are buying pills from a private a party, is they don't want their wife to get the mail, and realise there hubby is buying blue pills. And NOT using them on her.

I sell Viagra and Cialis to a couple guys from this site to offset the cost of ordering large amounts. A recent Cialis order was seized by Customs, so it's going to be a while before I can get more. A senior member of this site would like to purchase some or trade for Viagra if anyone has any extra. He's in Kalamazoo, but I can meet in GR to facilitate the exchange.

I have no personal knowledge. Although her ad is still up on Tryst, she hasn't been "active" since September 2019. I think it would be safe to assume that she is no longer entertaining.

Wow, didn't expect to get so many replies on this, so thanks for all your pointers and sharing experiences! Closest I've come to actually doing this so far was with a SW I picked up on the D awhile back, which didn't end well. Due to my stupidity, ended up being basically a cash and dash. Oh well, learned my lesson on that one.
