Nope, I expect both parties to hold up to their agreement. I had one that begged for $100 to get a room on Thanksgiving or else she's on the street. "messing up a good thing?" That's up to you, are you conducting business or charity? I've learned long ago not to expect women to honor a business agreement, let alone a 19 year old, and I hold firm to the provisions of "agreements". Personally, I would walk away and sever ties with her. If she actually cares enough to wonder why, spell it out for her, she just might learn a few things.
