Why are you asking about that particular ad? Those ads are really all the same. Without even having to do an image search, you KNOW the pics are stolen. It doesn't matter how much you're attracted to a girl in a particular ad, there's NO WAY that girl will see you for such ridiculously cheap rates or that the person placing the ad is even the girl in the pics. In this case not only are the pics the same as those in the link AFriend posted but if you check the search results you'll find other links going back as far as more than 6 years ago (in other words, the girl in the pic probably doesn't even look like the girl in the pics any more).

But like I said, you don't even have to bother doing an image search. The red flags are all there and the similarity to other scam ads so glaring that I always just scroll past them (the sproblem is that LC allows these advertisers to spam their website severely detracting from the sites usability for guys wanting to find genuine providers.

So what's the deal with these ads? Well its definitely not upselling or robbery because that would presuppose that you'd ever actually get to meet them, which AIN'T going to happen. These are classic catfish (parties pretending to be someone other than what they purport to be on-line for the purposes of getting something out of their marks). If they actually met you, they'd have to reveal that they aren't who the claim. But this is not a case of bait-and-switch either. They're going to try try and get what they want before you meet and once they've gotten it they'll completely disappear on you without even meeting.

In these cases, they'll follow several predictable steps. In addition to pretending to be the girl in the pics, they'll pretend to be local (and thus available to meet). They'll never reveal their purported location until you've revealed yours and then they'll pretend to be close to wherever you say. This may apply less in cases where they know your area code than those where contact is thru email or snapchat and such, but try getting them to reveal their location 1st or telling them you're somewhere far from where you actually are and see how they respond. Some other common clues once they've got you in PM are replies that don't really address your questions, long boilerplate responses that appear almost immediately after you send a message (evidence of a possible bot) and additional unrequested pics intended to continue to stoke your interest.

The end game is also always very similar. Before they'll give you their personal info to make it all happen (such as address) they'll require you to go to a verify site for their "protection" or that you join their webcam page or some similar deal. They'll tell you that it's only some token amount to prove your earnestness, maybe only a couple of bucks or even free. But the sites will require you to enter your cc info and the fine print will reveal that you're signing up for a trial membership that renews at $40 or more per month (unless canceled but they make it very hard to cancel by obscuring exactly how you could do that).
