I've learned in a short period of time here when the long response start coming very quickly, it usually means cut and paste for a girl who has a routine. They slip up usually as there are sentences that don't belong or are not related to the topic so it's usually pretty easy to detect.

It all depends on if you are traveling outside your own state. Once out side your own state or outside the USA you go by federal laws. They have to be 18 years old for you to have a physical relationship with them. So hooking up with a 17th years old in Mexico, or one from MD when you are from VA is against the law. So your only safe in your own state you live in.
