100% agree. I texted to make an appointment for an hour (about 4 hours advance notice) and she immediately called my phone to speak to me. I'm sitting at work! So, finally got around to seeing Victoria. Don't know what took me so long, but as someone posted a little bit ago that she'd fallen quite a bit, and they were correct.
