All you need to do to get rid of the spam on STG is type "Charlotte in the search text box.

Yes, I've been filtering them for a while now. It gets most of the spam out, but will still hit a scam or two on occasion. The only downside is you will miss out on some good providers, if you don't search them too. If they put University, Matthews, Pineville or any other areas of Charlotte as their location you will filter out their ads as well.
