Check with the booker in advance for Half Hour rate. I am always quoted 200 (the 250 in my other post was for HH at 262, my mistake. Irene may have been the exception for 250) and have not been asked to pay any upgrades. However, I haven't asked for anything outside what "just happens". Perhaps there may be an "extra" for special requests?

The only additional cost I incurred with MA was parking at a hotel, but the booker told me how to avoid that next time.
