I am going to be down on a day trip in a week or so. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to point me to a great massage provider or AMP. After looking on the various advertising sites, I am not sure who to avoid.

Does anyone know if you need a city or county permit to open a massage store in Jeffersonville? I know you need a massage certificate from the state but not sure if or where you would ask to get a city permit.
