No, they just hijaaked Allie's pics and created their own ad telling you to email them. It's a common M. O. and nothing to do with any girls ID, password, or phone.

Allie did mention this in one of her previous ads and stated that if any other ad with her pics don't contain her specific number, then it's not really her ad.

You sure you got the right girl? I thought she was legit. Don't know about the quality but I'm pretty sure she's real and doesn't scam people. There was someone using her pics who was scamming but I don't think this particular ad is the same ones. I could very well be wrong though.
