It is OK to sent your pics to provider even if she has only few reviews on the portal?

I was a regular user of cityxguide and would "do" an Asian girl at the Scottish Inn about every other week. Some I reviewed others not, after all, they were only here for a week. Opinion:

What's the point of posting an ad if you're going to ignore potential clients and not schedule meetings? I've been trying to get in touch with Skye since June. Over the years I've seen her ad and always thought it was fake. It isn't! She's got a couple good reviews, but they say she's hard to get a hold. She is near impossible to get in touch with.
