Start subscribing to ladies that you are interested in. It would be great if you found a booker account or two, or individual ladies that you have already seen that you could contact and ask to safety rate you so you can have something established; they may wish to make you jump through hoops by seeing them again before they will network you. Also, as you PM female accounts, don't expect to hear back unless those accounts are at least somewhat actively posting ads / profile bumps / location changes. Some won't reply unless you are very specifically trying to make an appointment; these are usually the one's to be avoided anyway.

As you observe for a while, you will notice some ladies bumping their profiles and ads more often than others. Those are usually either bookers or if you are lucky, ladies that are more desperate for business that you might be able to talk into seeing you without a network that particular day due to some sort of desperation. You may have to see a lady that you wouldn't necessarily see otherwise just to get yourself started. PM me for any other questions.
