It use to be tied to email. I got banned like a year and a half ago and changed emails hid IP address and I went back in, this time I did the same plus used a different Credit card and auto banned. They had to have changed it so it went towards the name on the Card. Getting a Prepaid visa and just use a made up name and address might be the only work around.
