Really upset to hear this and thanks for the report. Having read several of her reviews, my guess is she's overly and unreasonably cautious / paranoid. Perhaps a 1 min delay = Uncle LEO in her mind?! Her reviews have generally been favorable although consistently mention about having lots of rules and covered everything. Was hoping to see her, but now I'm not so sure.

Gravely disappointed.
