The rooms there really are genuinely nice especially for the price. All the rooms are mini-suites with full kitchens and actually pretty nicely furnished, and the 2-bedroom units are mini-apartments for $120/ night, and it's surrounded by places to eat and shop for daily needs so you don't need a car. Even a pool / grill / bball court area outside. Easy to see why it's so popular with the working girls, most of them seem to have roommates so the cost is even lower, and it's way nicer than most of the no-tels on the pike. I've stayed there myself when I've needed a local motel, even when nothing to do with the hobby.
