Yes the fake ads are getting out of control, here are good ways to spot them and draw them out, ask if they accept cash, scammers don't like cash they require cashapp or the like, second wierd or unknown area codes, third the ad includes email, and the fourth way to draw them out is if they ask for deposits of any kind.
