I know that Kay is very wary of outcalls, so I'm surprised she even agreed to meet you there for a first date. A similar thing happened to me with her a few years back before I eventually met her. We even agreed to meet at a neutral venue for a meet and greet prior to a date. But she got spooked and bailed before I even got there. I was really pissed, but I persevered and eventually managed to see her, and then continued to do so for both incall and outcall. Many girls are very wary of outcalls unless they already know the guy, something spooked her and she had second thoughts possibly. LEO's do make I call arrests but not that often most of the girls I know that have been pinched has been on outcall.

Personally even if I could host I wouldn't host a provider unless I know them from a previous engagement. I would let it go. Insistent guys spook some providers also.
