Yep, similar situation, can NOT get anywhere with this one! In the time that RW has actually seen her about three times, I've reached to her about three times, and I'm still yet to meet her! Many girls are very wary of outcalls unless they already know the guy, something spooked her and she had second thoughts possibly. LEO's do make I call arrests but not that often most of the girls I know that have been pinched has been on outcall.

Personally even if I could host I wouldn't host a provider unless I know them from a previous engagement. I would let it go. Insistent guys spook some providers also.
