LOL. I don't offer them 100-200. I usually do 300-500 and I'm not that bad looking. Yup, I pretty much agree with this. Sometimes however a girl may be comfortable with a guy who she has seen multiple times and trusts him not to flake and will take less for guaranteed payment and less risk.
