My guess is high end girls will give phone # to many different guys, then weight out all the offers (base on pricing, your look / age / body type / race, schedule time / distance, ect, and I think they will look at 150-200 vs 400-500, probably throw out the lowest offer guys,. Yup, I pretty much agree with this. Sometimes however a girl may be comfortable with a guy who she has seen multiple times and trusts him not to flake and will take less for guaranteed payment and less risk. For example, you may set something up with the girl at 6 pm and she keeps stalling and saying she is 30 minutes late every 30 minutes and ends up being 3 hours late. Not worth the trouble. Been discussed on here several times I think, and I can tell you myself she's affordable, pretty easy to schedule with, and gets the job done.
