If you go to a Camp you will get a massage for the rate you pay for, it's not a house fee, it's the rate for the massage.

If you go to a Kamp you will get nothing you don't pay for but you have to pay a "house fee" to enter. It's like the door fee at a strip club, once inside you have to pay for what it is you want, drinks, dances, VIP.

The reason you've never seen someone mention a "massage service fee" is because you just made the term up and it doesn't exist in terms of service.

You are correct and welcome to fuck hole vernacular, Atlanta style. We use house / massage fee as interchangeable terms, whether it be for a CAMP or KAMP. Nobody refers to that fee as a "massage service fee. " For CAMPs, it's the gosh dang fee on the menu posted on the foyer wall or desk. For KAMPs, it's the fee the mamasan tells you to pay when she slides that small window door open in the entryway or in the room. Mongers who get that shit confused are not seasoned yet. With time comes experience.
