I actually use Ubuntu with Opera (VPN enabled) to when surfing SA and had no problem with fraud warnings. Honestly there is really no rhyme or reason to why SA does it bans, other than the obvious ones (soliciting, blatant sexual references in messages).

I have known this young lady for 6 or 7 years now, but NOT in regards to any sugar daddy type relationship. Her ad on SA frankly surprises me.
