I have no doubt that was a fake ad. However, it's worth noting that having an area code from elsewhere doesn't necessarily mean the provider isn't legitimate. I won't lie: I'm slightly inebriated at the moment (for a lot of reasons), but I'll do my best to be literate and express my somewhat recent experience.
