WSW Wearing shorts with some ass cheecks out. Redish hair. Seen a few times between 5-7 pm range. Have not picked up yet, but may IF the timing is right. The Ave is certainly not as good as the old days as noted in earlier posts.

Good advice. I have seen DPD use cars they have taken from other bust, out fitted with lights and roll up and down the Ave. But as said before, the big give away dark trucks or cars with tinted windows. Some are marked in black letters (can't really see them on one side. Also. If you see a lot of marked cars (just rolling) or suv's stay sharp. Something is going to go down soon.

Unfortunately they are really good at making it difficult to spot, at least Wayne county's finest is.
