When she didn't answer that third call, I texted her as such and turned around to head back towards home. She never replied to the calls or the texts.

Now, fellows I'm a realist and I know that stuff comes up and sometimes a lady may change her mind. But in this case, knowing that a gentleman (who had been referred to visit her) was driving that far for a visit and not responding at all?
