Can't has always been at a minimum $ or $. 2 since they opened. It varies on who is there. It's always on top of the. 4 or. 6 standard house fee. How I interpreted things:

He paid the entrance fee.

At the flip they negotiated.

She wanted 140 and he negotiated 120.

He tipped her then rather than after.

My guess is the negotiation pissed her off so she sort of gave service, but put restrictions on things and had an attitude.

I could give advice, but I already have, this forum has a Special Interests group, and a massage group. I have posted on techniques to use, read that and then ask more specific questions.

If you want BJ or FS, go a to place that has a reputation for that. From my view, getting only a HJ at an FS place or vice versa, expecting a BJ or FS at a HJ place is at least, awkward.
