On a separate note, this is like the 4th girl this week that mentions ppm on the site. I was banned a few days ago because of it, and had to plead my case to customer support and make a "promise" not to do it again (do what? I didn't do anything, these dense women did!) before reinstating my account. I think I may have to put a blanket disclaimer on my profile saying something like "do not message me about ppm" just to try and keep it from happening again and getting me banned for good when I didn't do anything wrong.

How did you talk to customer support? Do you have a number or email?

Wow. I did not know that you can plead with the customer service and get a pass on one time violation. Let me try that and get back into the game. I was a long time customer but somewhere slipped myself with the text exchange like you shared. I did not try the changing names, photos, card. Etc route since then.

Let me call their number and try now. Do we have to give your old login I'd? I have to dig into that as I don't remember that. Getting bored with AMP's now as its very mechanical. Time for some GFE.

Here's the link to the contact page for their help center. I responded within 12 hr of being banned and asked to be shown the "specific instance" where I violated their terms. Here's their response and what they expect from you in order to lift the ban. Don't know if it'll work in your case due to the time that has passed. If you go about using this route, I ask that you change the wording of your message so that it does not resemble mine. Maybe I'm being paranoid, but I'd rather not have them trace multiple reinstatement requests back to this site and me. Other than that, best of luck getting back in.
