After seeing many positive posts (many by Benz) I couldn't help giving Serenity a try. Just dropped in as I don't have a hobby phone for play. I should have. Marie said Vickie would be available in about 15 more minutes. (which was a full half hour after the appointment time) I assumed Vicki just took someone else in front of my appt. Or the front door lady failed to communicate.

Anyway I seized the opportunity and explained to Marie that I was actually a walk-in and that she, Marie, was my preference, not Vicki, although I was happy to see either. She immediately texted her next appt. And pushed him back an hour to be available to take me. (that was nice again!) Probably 5 minutes later she got my change and we started the massage. I stopped in Wonder spa and asked for Linda. She said, I'm Linda. I told her I read a nice review which prompted me to visit. It was getting late so all she would was 30 minutes. Went and saw Bella a few weeks ago.

Called to see who was working, was looking for an hour myself just due to preference and she let me know she could only do hhr since I was the last customer.
