This would make sense if I was rating service, I was rating looks, and they dropped the score I gave her by 2 points (I gave her a 9 which I thought was definitely fair, if you saw this girl she could have posed in a magazine) and how would the guy approving the review know what she looked like (this was way back in the day when pics were even more limited than they are now) Unless he saw her he wouldn't know what to rank her, and if he did see her no way would he give her a 7.
