Not that getting tested in general is ever a BAD idea, but if you're mainly concerned about HPV, as far as I'm aware there is no test for HPV in men. The only way anyone ever knows they have it is if they start developing symptoms. So don't waste your money on an STD screening if that's all you're concerned about.
