I've been attempting to get into Lears unsuccessfully for some time now, they always want a reference, but don't explain what they mean. I offer my TER handle, which has whitelist reviews, but no response. I asked if they'd accept a reference from an AMP, I've been frequenting many of them for years now in Manhattan, no answer from their screener. Anyone know what they are looking for exactly?

I recognize that type of ignorance by other agencies in the past. Its likely their impolite polite way of saying either they don't want you in particular aboard for whatever reason or more likely they are just not taking any new clients at this time. I would be frustrated if I were you also.
