I also got a letter on Friday, just said states Attorneys office with a name and contact phone number. Its a legit number and legit person. My letter did not mention sending more information but did ask for cooperation in an ongoing investigation. I also had a miss call from Orlando PD and when I called it back it was a detective with vice and trafficking. Here is tge odd part, they called my cell, I never gove my cell number out to anyone. How is it possible for anyone to get a cell number or am I just being naive.

If you did get a legit letter and they have not arrested you then they do not have enough evidence against you. Talking to the cops without a lawyer could be a big mistake in my opinion. Personally I wouldn't do a dam thing about this I think it's just a scare tactic to get people to roll over on the AMPs.

Why don't you go ask any of the spas how many times the police have visited in the last month. Why don't you check out their sister spa in south Fl and ask why the police came in force, look at the Lauderdale site. Why did they close? Again my friend, you do you, go don't go, I could care less, effects me zero!

So that's how you respond? I didn't say anything out of the way to you, I didn't disrespect you, I just asked that you show the letter do we can all see it, so we can all know what to expect. No need for you to act that way.

For the safety of us all how about showing us the letter you got, redact all of your personal info and let us check it out so we can all be safe, from what I'm seeing the board looks split, done believe it and some don't, we all look out for each other so why not put all fears to bed.

Yup. Exactly. If these letters were real then I would have one in my mailbox for as many times as I have been to KMS in the last 6 months. Osceola's finest would have seen me multiple times and I would have told them the same thing I always tell any popo "Are you charging me? No then have a nice day" and then keep my mouth shout. It usually pisses them off something fierce but it is your right. My traffic lawyer does the rest.

How about posting a pic of your letter and redact all of your personal info, nobody wants to get caught up in any BS, so how about posting that pic so we can see the validity of these letters. I don't think that's too much to ask considering how much we all have at stake. This site should be used for all of us to work together and the best way to earn everyone is to show the letter, if for some reason you don't want to post it how about sending it in a PM?

Anyone else get a letter from the state? Got one yesterday unfortunately my wife opened it, fortunately it was very vague. Asking for my cooperation as a witness to a crime. The last part I think was meant to be threatening or intimidating. If I chose not to cooperate the state will send a full description of their findings. That is a letter I would not want my wife opening. Feeling a little anxious and see they got 4 more customers over this weekend so far.

Back at the time (2017 if I recall correctly), I searched and searched for some kind of news reports and didn't find any. Then I got bored and quit even thinking about it. I think I *DO* read this thread pretty thoroughly and, while I may well have missed it, I don't recall seeing any summary report here, even as much as you just reported, so thanks for the info.

When I "go look at articles in the paper", as suggested, I see that this only got reported just in December of 2019, like TWO YEARS after closure. I found this link when Googling the phrase "Cherry Blossom RICO arrest":

That article (dated 12/6/2019) appears to be written as NEW information as of publishing date. If that's accurate, then I assume the details were (understandably) kept under wraps until the prosecution had their case fully assembled.

While interesting, that's all still ancient history (2017) and doesn't appear to be focused on clients, nor even the providers for that matter. I still don't see how any of that could be related to LE doing harrassent stops of clients at KMS or NDS today. That just makes no sense that LE would be SO obvious if they really had anything on the establishments themselves. If one wanted to really stretch one's imagination, I suppose one theory could be that LE is attempting to dry up their cash-flow for purposes of "tracking" existing assets, or something like that. Like I said originally... totally irresponsible speculation! I should just keep that crap for my Perry Mason script/screenplay!

Let's all go back to talking about the Sheriff Elections and note that the Sheriff in Lake County is apparently running UNOPPOSED (must be a swell guy) with no motivation to conduct this type of LE work, although I think that's an "AMP-wasteland". Meanwhile, Seminole County incumbant Sheriff (Republican) only has one opponent (Democrat), so the August 18th Primary is meaningless there and the November general election will be the culmination of their attention-grabbing activities.

That is because it was the sister location that had all the news location. Borabora but that was the one raided first and all over the news. All the providers were arrested at the time at the one location, all their mug shots were posted on here. It was widely circulated that the bust happened. Probably pages of it if you could go far back enough. Most of the news articles only mentioned cb in the article itself as it was also shut down the same day.

A "forty-something in cutoff jeans and a non-descript tee shirt" sure doens't sound like you were in the same NDS that I've been in (several times), nor does the "take a shower by yourself" offer, or the "money on a tray" practice.

*I'm* wondering if you were really in the Massage place at the other end of the string of stores in that multiple building strip shopping center complex. I don't even know what that place is called, nor do I remember reading any reports about it other than guys going there by accident. I've attached two screen shots of the different store fronts, each labeled to identify which is which. If you could take a look at those pics and then confirm which place you were in, that would be helpful. To hear that the real NDS has started presenting itself in the manner you describe would be disappointing, but still good to know for sure. Thanks!

Also, I've got to try to get over to Island sometime. There's been a number of positive reports but I haven't been able to tear myself away from the other places yet! If I remember correctly, Island is next to a gas station on the southeast corner of I-Drive and Municipal Drive (and with very little room for parking), right?

That is indeed what happened. Maps led me to that area and I erroneously concluded that it was the smaller place. Didn't even see the real NDS.

What exactly did the letter say? Can you post a pic? More importantly, how do you know that 4 others are involved?

This whole situation seems a bit off to me and why I think I'm going to hold off from the NDS / KMS for a while. I was hoping to hit up King soon but since they're related I'm a little nervous about that one also.

Scare tactic move on forget about it. They are trying to build a case but cannot without any evidence.
