Yes, Herman Cain was a great man, and God rest his soul.
BUT, it was his choice not to wear a mask, just like its our choice not to wear a mask during this pandemic when seeing a provider who has seen multiple men that day, and several dozen men every week. You take a risk every time you step outside and have contact with other humans. Face masks help a great deal, but they are not 100% effective. No need to make this political.

Posts: 46HERMAN CAIN DEAD NOW covid 19 STUPID trump rally
God rest his soul. He was just at the trump rally saying he did not need a mask, secret service agents and several other people caught it at the rally. Trump made you sign a paper at the rally saying that it is not our fault if you die as a result of being here. Now Herman Cain Dead. With his age and risk factors he never should have been there. RIP HE WAS A GREAT MAN.

Posts: 39I have seen an uptick of violence during this pandemic situation and not just locally. I definitely agree. With more eyes on the streets, your chances of getting pinched are increased. That's why for massage places, it's probably best to be a regular at one place and stick to that one place. LE are definitely looking at AMPs.

Posts: 259Because Detroit is in the top most dangerous cities in America, federal money was allocated and resources of federal agencies to come to Detroit, which happened about the beginning of the year and this is just a second phase and has Absolutely nothing to do with what's going on in Portland as mentioned. They're going after the drugs, guns, those who are wanted with warrants. More eyes out there just means more opportunity to get pinched although nobody said that that's a part of their agenda.

Posts: 672I am not concerned about the possibility of the feds monitoring monger activity because they are not coming here for that. Check what happened in Portland, Oregon.

It says their objective is to reduce violence, but anyone worried about the feds possibly monitoring monger activities?

Posts: 253Sterling Heights Crackdown on AMP's?
I know this was briefly discussed on the massage parlor board, but if you're the type of monger that frequents an AMP in that city from time to time, this might be the end of the HE action there as we know it.

Posts: 259Are you sure her name was Rochelle, as I only knew of one WSW in Southwest area from 2014 till about 2016, early 30's at the time with long brown hair and average to thin build, from the Tennessee Kentucky area, and actually I just talked to her this week that used the name Rochelle? They say there's others and I wonder about little Monica S. That was found at 1:30 am laying in the street at Fort and Calvary on May 31,2019 a victim of hit and run, they said.

This is likely the work of the same perpetrator.
This victim was Rochelle, late 30's at least. SW Detroit area and girl. She had her problems, was a handful, but was a good person at heart.
I assume investigators will look at this one too.
Who ever did this to these girls should die. These girls didn't deserve this.

" GARDEN CITY, Mich. A Garden City man is facing charges after he allegedly targeted and killed sex workers in Southwest Detroit.
Lawrence Paul Mills III is accused of murdering two women and assaulting two other women.
Detroit police Chief James Craig described what Mills allegedly did.
"Investigation determined he would approach his victims for a paid sexual encounter, engaging the sexual act inside of his vehicle and following the act after the victims would leave the vehicle, and they were on foot," Craig said. '"He (Mills) would use his vehicle as a weapon, striking the victims in each of the four and possibly a fifth case. ".
Craig believes there may be additional victims, and he is urging them to come forward.
Craig said Mills allegedly hit and wounded a 34-year-old woman on Oct. 16,2017. Then, on Dec. 13,2017, he allegedly hit a 59-year-old woman.
Mills is also accused of striking another victim with his vehicle on Dec. 22,2017. ".

Posts: 731They prefer to be called "Sex Workers" and yes, it could be a job considering the qualification for these gals to do anything else is limited, at least without giving them a chance.

Random drug testing is still a good habit for employers to detect hard drugs. What you should hope for is for them to omit the cannabis results and accepts it's legal status.

Posts: 929Its a job where it is legal. Not a means to support a drug habit. LEO is there to protect and serve the legal sex worker not arrest them.

Illegal in Las Vegas, Clark county. Legal brothels in rural counties regulated and taxed. High price points keep riff raff out. The controlled environment makes a safer but fairly expensive setting.

Before the Covid, I was a frequent traveler to Greece. Prostitution is legal in certain areas, the red light districts felt very safe. There were police every block. There being a prostitute is a career. Here it is mainly used to support drug habits. The girls in Greece are regulated with no real problem I could see.
