Would seem to me the site could filter out all that garbage course maybe they get paid somehow for the trash ads?

I don't think they get paid directly for the trash ads but they do benefit. Guys checking out the site aren't going to sign up and pay $90/ mo if they don't see lots of hot looking women. It helps helps sell the site when basic members see their inbox fill up with messages and their profile get favorited. The realization that most of those are trash doesn't come until after they've paid to upgrade their membership so they can actually read those messages.

Thanks for starting up. St Pete board used to be pretty active until many months ago. One other guy and I would get some dialogue going but it's dead. I stopped checking Tampa a long time ago because never seemed of interest. That said, I appreciate your comment about not just having complaining posts. I've been out of the game for a while since Covid, not sure how I feel about jumping in the sack with strangers quite yet, and not nearly as successful as some people here. Once I get some real feedback I'll start posting.

I wonder if the lack of contribution has to do with the fact that this is a "user blog" and not a "thread". I didn't even know this existed until I accidentally scrolled down tonight. This "user blog" is off the bottom of my screen unless I scroll. Even when there are new posts. I wonder if this were reclassified as a "thread" if it would get more attention.
