So. Quick question that has probably been covered but I want to ask again. I constantly reach out to providers and they want me to pay half up front. Some also want to be paid in gift cards (which I know can be common). I am fine with the gift card things. But paying half before we meet in person, or even before I know where they are, just seems ridiculous. And then they get all mad and say that that is how it's done. I tried to do some research and sometimes people do say they pay before and it works out. But I just can't imagine that going well. Does anyone here do that and it goes well. It just seems like a great way to get scammed.
