I'll send a generic unsearchable and distant picture so that I'm not exactly identifiable. This is prior to meeting, of course. After a few years of doing this I've learned that there are a lot of ghosts and you don't know where your pictures land.

I can also relate that they're probably just trying to verify if you're legit or if you are a scam. I disagree. There are some very seriously wealthy, lonely men on there. I make about $500 k a year and there are a lot of guys that make more on there. If a woman thinks you're too old, unattractive, rude, or disrespectful, the price always goes up a lot.
