For whatever my 2 cents is worth, I went there a few days ago and it is pretty safe for the most part. While the ladies aren't wearing masks during the massage (at least mine wasn't at the time), I wore mine and didn't have any issue. Hope that info helps.

I used the Public Parking to avoid damage in Saigon's shared lot. As I was stepping out of my car I see a local PD car drive slowly down the alley and stop at the small lot. Not certain what LEO was doing but looked like it was taking some video. Got back in my car. LEO left and I was close behind. Use the Public Parking if you want to play safe. I agree, they'll move in to advance a self serving interest. Something worth mentioning is that the comments made on here will NOT be the reason why they get busted. Relax Spa was busted as the result of nearby businesses complaints. No one complains about this establishment. The person parking in the building is a long time tenant that is not associated with the Saigon concerns. The so-called "Queen" does not drive Lexus or Lincoln. The other ladies do not drive SUV's. I don't blame them or the "Queen" that parking lot a too tight. The rest of the information relies on the outcome of the pandemic. Trying to keep the record straight, as if anyone cares. This is a great place and I look forward to going back when I feel it's safe.
