Yes they can, however in my experience it takes more than one person reporting you to get your account deleted. I've been deleted one time and they definitely do not entertain any type of explanation. Your account is deleted and that's it, no appeal process, nothing. I'm ALWAYS polite to girls on there because they can and do report you out of spite. However I do report them if they are scammers wanting online relationships only or if they're strictly selling pics and videos. I don't tell them I'm reporting them, and so they never know what happened. All they know is that they cannot view my profile or message me. Just be courteous and not snarky, it gets you no where.
