Couple things I have learned from his experience.

1. People will say the most dramatic horrible things that can happen. While I have seen this happen with girls who stay over night I have never seen these dramatic things happen with a girl who stays long term.

2. It will NEVER be as good as you think it will. Even if she has sex with you there will be times she will not. If there are other things agreed upon she will not always do them. THERE IS A REASON this girl is a stripper. She has issues. And you will be subjected to these issues while living with her.

3. Eventually you will get tired of her and you will have to kick her out and deal with that. My friend had problems throwing a girl out onto the street. He eventually did it but he went through some inner turmoil doing it.

How could she have a week to pay her backlogged rent? There is a statewide order that applies in L. A. And surrounding counties that allows tenants to defer rent up to a year from the end of the declared emergency period. There are steps she needs to take that are specified county by county, but she's probably too lazy to look up the info on the County websites and educate herself. She may need to divulge her occupation to her landlord since she has to give the landlord a notice that she can't pay now due to economic hardship brought on by jobs that are lost or interrupted by the lock downs, but perhaps can get away with just stating that she's been laid off without specifying the entity she was employed by. If she follows the rules, she can't be evicted for non-payment for at least a year.

Otherwise, you'd be freaking nuts to take her up on this unless you know her well enough to know that she can be trusted. And that's not to service you as you'd like, but to avoid coming home one day to find she's cleaned your place out and disappeared or any number of other horror scenarios. Knowing her in the club is NOT knowing her. Many and probably most dancers present only their alter egos at clubs and when you get to know them outside in non-commercial settings, you find out that they are someone you don't know at all. This is fundamental knowledge to most veteran clubbers.

So you definitely would have to set some rules up for her. First off you would probably have to set up a month to month lease agreement notarized and everything. So like someone mentioned she might be considered a resident of that address and then you'd have to evict her and with covid19 fuckin everything up good luck evicting anyone rn! But if she was pretty cool at the club and you believe she would really give you her pussy anytime you want well I mean without her saying you assaulted her LOL.
