They can't those actions are performed by ICT the FBI online division based out of Cincy. I believe that Escort Index was but STG is having server issues or at least bandwidth problems. FOSTA still in affect they just slacked off on it, but with this new wave of Covid and outbreaks they are trying to minimize it by trying to diminish our contact together of provider and client.
