Thanks RW, I use a few keywords, Daytona, Daytona Beach, Volusia, Volusia County are the 4 most common used, the first two are the best. Yes, you can try Port Orange, Deland, etc.

In the Key Words area, just enter Daytona and it'll filter most of the fake ads. A few months ago NewAgain posted this workaround on the forum. It'll only show ads containing the word Daytona. Of course, you'll need to change the keyword if your looking at another area.
