Still a relative newbie to this board, I acknowledge, and as such I have a question for the seniors on here: What, realistically, should be the fear factor of Uncle LEO?

From the research I've done, 98% of the risk is on the provider end, especially if they are part of a larger "group. " (Yes, I know about the Kraft stuff in South Florida. That seems to me to be a major anomaly, and possibly brought on by the Kraft name.).
