If it's not a 502 (or 812) area code, I don't even waste my time. The scams and fake ads without those area codes will far and away out number the legit ads.

It's a scam. She'll ask you to send her the info before she lets you in.

If you Google the name given by the Dundee poster and that street, you come up with a place in Illinois. I believe that maybe our friend was not aware of what city's forum he was on and the Dundee reference doesn't belong in Louisville.
