I have always paid house+100 at a CAMP for a nice massage followed by bbfscip. At a Kamp they usually want house + 140. I can't justify paying more than that. No way I'm paying 300. I'd rather keep my cash and go home and bang my wife.

When I first started this hobby years ago, I didn't know what I thought they should know. There was a legit AMP that said they could fix a pain, and ended up f*ing my neck up so bad I was in traction for weeks.

So if (as you suggest) 40 is to be the tip for a good one hour massage, great. But every one hand, or leave the room, or just tickling, poor attitude, etc. Gets deducted from that, and the masseuse gets what's left at the end of the hour. If 20 they should be happy, if only 5 or 10 that should be a clue to step up or find a new job.

None deserve a tip for not working, don't care how cute they are.

I search for sites regularly for providers and am not fairing well either. I haven't experienced any parlors showing arrogant behavior or attitudes but please put them in their place if they step out of line, you are the one with spending the money so they should be catering to you.
