For those looking for an alternative to Follies. Below is a list of clubs I could find that were considered "open" prior to COVID. Most of these clubs have a non-existent day shift and, for some, night shift ain't much better. Some are completely air dance. Some have no VIP. As COVID continues, I would guess half of this list will permanently close, with no clubs opening to replace.

Follies tried a club on the Southside, and it didn't pan out. You just don't get consistent money coming in places down there.

Location is everything, and the current location on BH is pretty much perfect.

It's going to be a different world, for sure! Of course, one of the surviving clubs will evolve to be the new "extras" club. It always does. Follies used to be just a typical club (back then, Flashers was the place to wet your dick in a stripper).

So is everyone convinced that Follie's has shut down for good? Never to reopen again no matter what happens with the COVID?

I get so sick of the hassle of the RL girlfriends, the sugar babies, the escorts. Follies was the one place I could go, relax, have fun in the club with one of about 12 girls of my liking, and damn near always line up takeout with a hot spinner if I wanted to. I've gotten quality takeout from clubs all over the US, but Follies was one of the few where you could have a blast in the club, test drive as many as you wanted, and get takeout without having to even work for it.

I really don't think any surviving club will become the "it" spot. Atlanta clubs on the whole, even before COVID, were closing or changing their business model. Follies was pretty much the only club sustaining. There will still be a handful of clubs to get extras, but it won't be the meat market of Follies. And it probably will not be the price point of Follies either.

I do agree that location is extremely important. While I think they could potentially move and thrive under optimal conditions, there is no logical means of doing that in a COVID environment.

Well, I guess it was bound to happen. One club has closed back down due to a staff member contracting Covid. Clermont Lounge has said that the remaining staff will be tested. I'm wondering if this may start a new round of closures?

Not sure if any of you visit there as it Atlanta oldest operating Lounge and strip club in Atlanta well they closing due to a staff member testing positive for COVID-19. It only takes one person to get the virus in a place like that then everyone has it.

Night clubs / strip clubs that allow co mingling between the sexes is non existent in Saudi Arabia. If you want fun you will have to head over the causeway to Bahrain, Jordan, Egypt, Oman & UAE.

I don't think you can run a strip club without it spreading covid. People will drink, people will smoke, there goes masks, there is nothing sexy about a nude girl dancing if her face is covered, plus the money is in the contact, whether its VIP or on the floor.

Touching at Magic City is very limited last time I went haven't gone since they open back up but I'm sure touching is off limits now due to Coronavirus and yes VIP is for extras but more money also.

Yea it's contact with dancers as they get butt ass naked on the floor the VIP are really for the big ballers never went VIP but I heard it ain't cheap don't if you wanting sex then Magic City not the place.

Magic City is way overrated a lot of old heads there and the young ones mostly have fake everything but they do have skills as far as dancing on the poles I give them that. You can't really have sex with the girls like you can in Follies I think Follies is a better club overall it's more geared toward the everyday working man as Magic City is geared more toward pro ball players and celebrities but if your money long then you will have a blast at Magic City for sure.

But do to Coronavirus pandemic the Strip Club scene will never be like it was.

I don't know if there is "a best one. " You say that you have found "several IG accts. " That's great, and probably your answer. I didn't research all IG accounts. I simply started following a couple of dancers that I was acquainted with, and if I saw another dancer I was interested in following them, I just started following her. There are some accounts I ignore simply because I am not interested in that particular dancer. Again, I am not using social media for "research" purposes (there might be a "researcher" reading this who would be better able to answer your question). I use social media for social media purposes. LOL.

ON ANOTHER NOTE: A couple of the IG posts seemed to suggest some mild animosity (basically just ribbing) between Follies ladies who disapproved of "extras" and those who didn't.
